Judging from these pages, you might think the only thing we ever cook is pizza. I'm swearing off pizza-themed posts entirely, but not before I tell you about my favorite set of toppings. Some call it broccoli rabe, some broccoli raab, while I prefer raipini. If you see this stuff, buy it - and don't be afriad to get one with flowers - they are edible and delicious. Pictured above is a whole wheat crust rolled exra thin, mozzarella (the hard kind) sliced into discs and laid out first, then the sauteed raipini, red onions (slice thin and soak in water for ten minutes to mellow them), sauteed sausage, and ricotta. Ok that's it. I'm done now.
