Squash blossom, zucchini, goat cheese, tomato sauce, and rosemary.
Black trumpet, chantrelle, and baby shiitake mushrooms (previously cooked in butter, garlic, and sherry) with fontina cheese and parsley.
Sausage and Griffith Farms hot chow-chow (yes, we put cabbage on a pizza) with fresh mozzarella.
Hawaiian - pineapple, procuitto, jalapeno, fresh mozzarella.
BBQ chicken with red onion, fontina, goat cheese, and cilantro.
For those counting, the 7th, unpictured pie was a straight up margherita, with giant yellow hierlooms tomatoes. simple, but delicious.
and thanks to Roland, the pizzas were proceeded by some killer Spanish queso de cabra and pate. yum.

Chow Chow huh? --a southern-American cabbage or squash relish that is traditionally made hot or sweet. Ahhhhhh- but here at Griffith Farms' dream factory [located in the star-studded, fire ravaged Hollywood hills] we make it sweet on the inside but with a label that SAYS "Super Hot".
